All packages are being shipped with either Bpost, Post NL, DPD, or Deutsche Post.
Local pickup is available in Bruges (+- 150m away from the main market square) & Meulebeke.

 

Belgium:

    • 0 - 2kg: €6,35
    • 3 - 10kg: €7
    • 11 - 20kg: €9
  • Untracked (up to 350g)
    • Non prior: €3 - €4,50
    • Prior: €4,60 - €7
  • Carrier: Bpost, Post NL, DPD, or Deutsche Post
  • Delivery time: 1-3 business days (tracked), 3-6 business days (untracked)
  • Free shipping on orders over €75 (untracked), free tracked shipping on orders over €125
  • Free pick-up in Bruges & Meulebeke

The Netherlands:

  • Tracked or untracked
  • Carrier: Bpost, Post NL, DPD or Deutsche Post
  • Delivery time: 3-5 business days (tracked),  5-8 business days (untracked)
  • Free shipping on orders over €75 (untracked), free tracked shipping on orders over €125

Other international orders:

  • Tracked or untracked
  • Shipping price is based on the weight of your order
  • Delivery time 3 - 14 business days, depending on the location
  • Carrier: Bpost, Post NL, DPD, Fedex or Deutsche Post. 
  • Free untracked shipping on orders over €150, free tracked shipping on orders over  €250

⋒ Processing time

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. I will always do my best to ship as soon as possible. Most order are shipping within 1-2 days.

If you are in a hurry for a wedding or any kind of event, please send an email before ordering so we can work together to make it happen!

⋒ Local pickup

Free pickup is available in Bruges or Meulebeke (Belgium). Select 'local pickup' during checkout, and we'll arrange a moment to pick up you order. 

⋒ Custom fees & import taxes

The shipping fees charged for your order do not include custom fees, duties, or import taxes. As the customer you're responsible for paying any customs/import or handling charges within your country. 

⋒ Issues & damaged orders

If there is an issue with your order upon receiving it, please email me at hello@clnatelier.com so I can make it right. Please make sure to contact me within 2 days of receiving the order!

All of my earrings are handmade, and therefore susceptible to small imperfections. Please read my 'About polymer clay' page to learn more about the material. 

If your item is damaged you can contact me via email. 
I can not replace items that are damaged from handling. Please refer to my care instructions online. 

⋒ Digital products

Digital Products, which are purchased as an access code or which are downloadable, such as color recipes, gift cards, and digital cutter files, are not eligible for returns or refunds.

 Disclaimer

Once a package is in the hands of the postal service CLN Atelier is no longer responsible for it. I am not responsible for any delays or damage caused by national or international shipping carriers. All packages can be shipped with tracking. It is highly recommended to upgrade to tracked shipping. If an untracked order is lost, there's nothing I can do about it to trace it back. 

If you have any issues locating your tracked package, please contact your local postal service. If they can't help you, please reach out to me by mail at hello@clnatelier.com. I will do my best to find out where your order is.
